Trial cleaning in Stockholm

A first cleaning at a lower hourly rate for customers who want to sign up for a cleaning subscription. You try us and get to know your cleaner before the subscription starts.

200 kr per hour after RUT deduction, 400 kr without it. The number of hours depends on the size of your home – the calculator shows your price right away. A 50% surcharge applies on Sundays.

No. Trial cleaning is only for trying us before a subscription. If you want a one-time cleaning, tell us when you book and it is charged as home cleaning – 260 kr per hour after RUT deduction.

Within 48 hours of the cleaning, contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by e-mail. If you’re satisfied, tell us how often you’d like to continue – once, twice or four times a month. If you’re not satisfied, describe exactly what wasn’t done properly.

The trial cleaning then counts as a one-time cleaning, and we invoice the difference up to our regular home cleaning rate: 60 kr per hour after RUT deduction. Example: a 4-hour trial cleaning costs 800 kr. As a one-time cleaning it costs 1 040 kr, so the difference is 240 kr.

Within 48 hours, describe exactly what wasn’t done properly, for example which room or task. Our satisfaction guarantee then applies – we fix it free of charge or give you your money back – and no difference is invoiced.

If we haven’t heard from you within 48 hours of the cleaning, the trial cleaning counts as a one-time cleaning and we invoice the difference up to the regular rate.

The subscription has no lock-in contract. But if you cancel it before the first regular cleaning, the trial cleaning counts as a one-time cleaning and we invoice the difference.

Your cleaner brings cleaning products and cloths. You need a vacuum cleaner, a bucket and a mop at home – if anything is missing, let us know in advance.

You receive an invoice by e-mail from Waya after the cleaning, with 20 days to pay. The RUT deduction is already applied. You pay by Swish or bank transfer.
