Deep Cleaning in Stockholm

A thorough clean of the whole home you live in – ceilings, walls, skirting boards, doors, appliances, the bathroom and all the surfaces that everyday cleaning doesn’t get to. At Handy Heroes it follows a fixed checklist of 15 tasks.

The depth. In a deep cleaning every room is gone through from ceiling to floor: ceilings and walls are dusted, the oven, extractor hood and fridge are cleaned, skirting boards, doors and frames are wiped and mirrors and glass are polished. Regular home cleaning keeps the home clean between deep cleanings.

Everything in the checklist above: floors, walls and ceilings, doors and skirting boards, mirrors and glass, appliances such as the oven, fridge, dishwasher and extractor hood, the bathroom and the outside of cupboards and drawers. The inside of cupboards and drawers is not included. We take out and recycle the rubbish.

No. Deep cleaning is done in the home you live in, so the inside of cupboards, drawers and wardrobes is not included – and you don’t need to empty anything. The outsides are wiped. Please put away loose items from floors and worktops so the cleaner can reach all surfaces.

Yes. The oven and microwave are cleaned inside and out, and the fridge is cleaned when it has been defrosted in advance. The dishwasher and extractor hood are also included.

320 kr per hour after RUT deduction. The number of hours depends on the size of your home – the price calculator shows the price instantly. A 50% surcharge applies on Sundays.

Yes. We deduct half of the labour cost directly on the invoice and apply for the deduction on your behalf. To get the RUT deduction you need a Swedish personal identity number, pay tax in Sweden and be registered at the address where the cleaning is done.

Most people book a deep cleaning once or twice a year – often in spring and autumn, before a holiday, guests or after a renovation.

No. Window cleaning is booked as an add-on – send us the number and type of windows and we will confirm the price, from 130 kr per window after RUT deduction.

No, the cleaner brings cleaning products and cloths. You need a working vacuum cleaner, a bucket and a mop, a container for water and a chair or stepladder at home. If you don’t have a vacuum cleaner, we can bring one at an extra cost.

The price applies to a standard deep cleaning. If the cleaner finds old stains, heavy grease, limescale or mould, they let you know before any extra time is added – you never pay for extra time you have not approved.

Yes. We do deep cleaning of apartments, terraced houses and villas across Stockholm County. The price is calculated on the size of the home.

Yes, we clean every day 07–21. A 50% surcharge applies on Sundays.

After the cleaning you receive an invoice by e-mail from our invoicing partner Waya, with 20 days’ payment terms. The RUT deduction is already deducted on the invoice.
