How much does retail cleaning cost?
Retail cleaning costs 460 kr per hour excluding VAT, 575 kr including VAT. You pay for the time the cleaning takes – at least 2 hours per visit – or choose a fixed-price agreement. No lock-in contract.
The price depends on the size and fittings of the store, how many rooms you have – fitting rooms, staff room, kitchenette and stockroom – and how often you want cleaning.

Frequency
How often does a store need cleaning?
You choose how often – every day, a few times a week or every other week. We plan the cleaning around your store’s footfall.
Tip: In winter, grit and slush get carried in. It can pay to clean the entrance and floors more often.

Frequently asked questions about retail cleaning
How much does retail cleaning cost in Stockholm?
Retail cleaning costs 460 kr per hour excluding VAT, 575 kr including VAT. On Sundays a 50% surcharge applies, i.e. 690 kr per hour excluding VAT. A visit is at least 2 hours. Get an approximate monthly price in the calculator at the top of the page.
Can you clean before opening or after closing?
Yes. We schedule the cleaning before opening, after closing or at weekends, so it doesn’t disturb your customers. We work every day between 07:00 and 21:00, and we can also clean while you are there.
What is included in retail cleaning?
We sweep, vacuum and mop the floors, dust surfaces and decorations, polish mirrors, wipe lamps, sanitize the checkout counter, empty the bins and clean the kitchenette, staff room and staff toilet. The full list is under What is included in retail cleaning.
How often should a store be cleaned?
It depends on how many customers you have. A store with a lot of footfall often needs cleaning every day, while a smaller store or showroom may be fine with weekly or every other week. You decide – we clean as often as you want.
How long does a retail cleaning take?
At least 2 hours per visit. How much time is needed depends on the size and fittings of the store and how often we clean – it is stated in the quote.
Do you bring cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes, cleaning products and equipment are included. Toilet paper and paper towels you supply yourselves – or we buy them for you at cost price plus 20%.
Does someone from the store need to be there?
No. You choose how we get in: leave a key, let us in or give us a door or alarm code. If you leave a key, we sign a key receipt.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No, there is no lock-in contract.
Can we get a fixed price per month?
Yes. Besides the hourly rate we offer fixed-price agreements, so you know what the cleaning costs each month.
How do you invoice?
The invoice is sent on the 7th of each month, with 30 days’ payment terms.
Can you clean shop windows?
Yes, as an add-on. For businesses it costs from 210 kr per window excluding VAT. Large shop windows and glass fronts are priced from a photo on WhatsApp. We don’t clean windows in winter or when it is below 10 degrees.
Can we get the RUT deduction for retail cleaning?
No. The RUT deduction only applies to private individuals and household services in the home. Retail cleaning is a business service and is invoiced with VAT.
