Office Cleaning in Stockholm

Office cleaning costs 460 kr per hour excl. VAT. The total price depends on how many hours the cleaning takes, at least 2 hours per visit, and how often it is done. A 50% surcharge applies on Sundays. Use the price calculator or request a non-binding quote.

Yes. We work with transparent pricing and fixed price agreements. Once we know the size of the office, the number of bathrooms and kitchenettes and how often you want cleaning, you get a fixed price in the quote.

No, there is no lock-in period.

You receive an invoice on the 7th of each month with 30 days payment terms. Prices are stated excl. VAT.

Cleaning and sanitising of desks and tables, dusting of monitors, keyboards and horizontal surfaces, vacuuming and mopping of floors, cleaning of the kitchenette and bathrooms, refilling of paper and soap, and emptying of trash cans. The full checklist is above.

It depends on how many people work there and how the premises are used. A kitchenette and bathrooms that are used every day need cleaning more often than a meeting room that is used now and then. We clean as often as you like and are happy to suggest a frequency in the quote.

Yes. We schedule the cleaning before, during or after your working hours – whatever suits your business best.

Yes, we also clean at weekends. A 50% surcharge applies on Sundays.

As you prefer: you can leave us a key, let us in or give us a code. If you leave a key, we sign a key receipt at the handover.

Yes, cleaning materials and equipment are included in the price.

You do. If you would rather not buy them yourself, we can arrange it for you – we then invoice our purchase price from the supplier plus 20%.

No. The RUT deduction applies to household services that private individuals buy for their home. Office cleaning is invoiced to the company and prices are stated excl. VAT.
