Contact Handy Heroes

The easiest way is to book online – you choose the service, date and time. You can also message us on WhatsApp, call +46 736 77 55 34 or email info@handyheroes.se, and we will help you with the booking.

Every day of the week, Monday–Sunday 07:00–21:00. That applies to phone, WhatsApp and email – and these are also the hours when we clean.

Yes. We help you in English and Swedish – when you book, on the phone, on WhatsApp and by email. The whole website is also available in Swedish.

Private customers can calculate the price themselves with the price calculator on the Services and prices page – enter the size of your home and you see the price after RUT deduction. Businesses get a non-binding quote through the quote form or by emailing info@handyheroes.se.

At Artillerigatan 6, 114 51 Stockholm – in Östermalm, right in the city centre. You can see the office on the map above. Our cleaners work across Stockholm County.

All of Stockholm County – the City of Stockholm with all its districts and surrounding municipalities such as Solna, Sundbyberg, Nacka, Lidingö, Danderyd, Täby, Sollentuna, Huddinge and Järfälla. Live in another municipality in the county? Get in touch – we come there too.

Yes, please do. A photo of the room, the stain or the windows helps us give you an accurate answer faster – for example which window type you have before a window cleaning.

We apply for the RUT deduction for you and deduct half of the labour cost directly on the invoice. To use the deduction you need to be at least 18, have a Swedish personal identity number (personnummer), be fully liable to tax in Sweden and be registered at the address where we clean.

You pay after the cleaning. Home cleaning can be paid by Swish, invoice or bank transfer. Move-out and deep cleaning are invoiced through our invoicing partner Waya with 20 days to pay. Businesses are invoiced on the 7th of each month with 30-day payment terms.

Email your CV and a few lines about yourself to karriar@handyheroes.se. Please mention which days and times you can work and which parts of Stockholm you prefer to work in.
